We ship from Europe. Delivery inside Switzerland 2–4 business days (6.90 EUR), international 5–10 business days (14.90 EUR). Most orders over 60 EUR ship free. Heavy orders, like several mugs together, keep a small shipping charge.

30 days return window on unworn items. Write to info@frrankings.com with your order number and we will send you the return instructions.

Our size charts are on every product page. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one for a relaxed fit.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices are in EUR.

As soon as your parcel ships you get a tracking link by email. Still nothing after 5 business days? Mail us at info@frrankings.com.
