Frrankings ("we", "us") operates frrankings.com and sells apparel, prints and accessories printed to order. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

Frrankings is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us any time at info@frrankings.com — that is all the contact details we publish.

What we collect

Order data: name, shipping address, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the items you ordered.
Payment data: handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
Account data: if you create an account, your email address and order history.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers, collected when you use the site.
Messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, including handing the print job and shipping address to our print and fulfilment partner.
To handle returns, exchanges and warranty claims.
To answer your questions and provide support.
To keep the shop secure, prevent fraud, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
To send you marketing emails, only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe from any email.
To understand how the shop is used, so we can improve it.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract for orders, our legitimate interests for security and shop improvement, your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies, and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

Who we share it with

Shopify — hosts the shop and processes orders and payments.
Printify and its print partners — print your item and ship it to you.
Payment providers — process your payment.
Shipping carriers — deliver your parcel.
Email and analytics providers — send our emails and measure site usage.

These providers only receive what they need to do their job, and they act on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support messages are kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

We use essential cookies to run the cart and checkout, and optional cookies for analytics and marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are needed for the shop to work.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to processing, or receive it in a portable format. Write to info@frrankings.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The shop is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you by email or on the site.
