Shipping Policy

We produce every item on demand in our partner print shops and ship to Switzerland, across Europe and to many other countries.

Processing time

Orders are produced in two to five business days. During busy drops it can take a little longer.

Delivery times

  • Switzerland: 3–7 business days after production
  • Europe: 5–12 business days after production
  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days after production

Shipping costs

  • Switzerland: 6.90 EUR
  • International: 14.90 EUR
  • Free shipping: most orders over 60 EUR ship free. If an order is heavy, for example several mugs together, only the shipping cost above 30 EUR is charged at checkout.

If your country is not listed at checkout, write to us and we will check whether we can ship to you.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves the print shop.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
