Shipping
Every piece is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then your parcel ships with tracking.
- Switzerland: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Most orders over 60 EUR ship free; heavy orders like several mugs keep a small charge. Tracking arrives by email as soon as your parcel leaves the print shop. For deliveries outside Switzerland, any customs or import duty is paid by the buyer.
Returns
Because every item is made to order, please contact us at info@frrankings.com before sending anything back.
- Damaged or wrong item: message us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we replace it.
- Unwanted item: contact us within 30 days of delivery. We arrange the return together.
- EU and Switzerland: you may withdraw from the order within 14 days, except for personalised prints.
Once a return arrives, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
